We are proud to present our tenth Corporate Responsibility Report, written up following the stricter standards in the Global Reporting Initiative's G4 version, and which has attained the Materiality Disclosures Service seal. This tenth edition of the Annual Report, and based on the Materiality Analysis carried out by the Company, describes the Group’s economic, environmental and social performance in the 2015 financial year, in line with the areas that are relevant to the Group and its commitments towards its stakeholders.

Standard & Poor’s (S&P) has raised its long-term corporate credit rating on NH Hotel Group from “B-” to “B” with a stable outlook, as well as its senior secured debt from “B+”to “BB-“
