Para-corporate agreements

There are two Shareholders´ Unions

The first one is composed of

Banca Inversiones, S.A.
Sociedad de Promoción y Participación Empresarial Caja Madrid
Corporación Financiera Caja de Madrid, S.A.
Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Zaragoza, Aragón y Rioja (IberCaja)

They represent 20,74%

Description of the Agreement: the Agreement aims to constitute a Shareholders´ Union, that composes all shares of the companies related to NH HOTELES during the validity of the Agreement, excepting those shares acquired as a consequence of trading or treasury activities or services granted to clients. By virtues of this Union, all members of the Union are obliged to exercise jointly their political rights.

The second Union is composed of

CK Corporación Kutxa-Kutxa Korporazioa, S.L.
Hoteles Particopados, S.L.

They represent: 11,570%

Description of the Agreement: the Agreement aims to constitute a Shareholders´ Union, that composes all shares of the companies related to NH HOTELES during the validity of the Agreement, excepting those shares acquired as a consequence of trading or treasury activities or services granted to clients. By virtues of this Union, all members of the Union are obliged to exercise jointly their political rights.
